Colombia. On September 2 from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, in the city of Medellín a breakfast for professionals in the administration and management of buildings industry convened by the FMHOUSE Institute, training division of the Facility Management consultancy of the same name.
This breakfast will have as its main objective to make the presentation of the diploma in Facility Management that the Institute will carry out in Medellín and Bogotá from the month of October.
The event will serve to inform all interested parties of the objectives, methodology and other details of the training program of the diploma. Those who wish to attend this meeting must confirm their attendance by email [email protected]
The Diploma has two modules, one in which the basic and necessary tools for the dimensioning, definition, measurement and control of all services are explored; and another in which the main aspects that a Facility Manager must know in topics such as service bidding, space management, life cycle, energy and sustainability, business continuity, among others, are presented in independent packages.
In total, the Diploma includes 126 hours of specialized training given by David Martínez, an expert trainer with more than 20 years of experience in the discipline of Facility Management.
The members of the Colombian Association of Facility Management and the companies associated with the Knowledge Management Center will receive a 10% discount on the modules they hire.
