Peru. The FMHOUSE Institute announced that it will offer its Diploma in Facility Management in Peru. This will be the second country in the region, after Colombia, in which the program is carried out. From the Institute they explain that the decision to extend their academic offer to different countries is due to the fact that the Facility Management sector in Latin America has experienced rapid growth in recent years. Integrated service provision companies are betting heavily on the region and more and more customers are demanding a professionalized management of services.
In this context, the FMHOUSE Institute wants to offer courses with content taught by professionals who have been training property and service managers for more than 15 years, developing and inspiring these managers and preparing them to face current challenges, as well as those that arise in the future.
The Diploma in Facility Management, which will be offered from October in the city of Lima, is structured in two independent modules that, together, provide the management tools for companies to achieve cost savings by improving the quality of their properties and services, an aspect that directly influences the final productivity of the company.
Module 1 will be taught in October, November and December 2015, two days a month in face-to-face sessions, while Module 2 will be taught from April to June 2016, also two days a month in face-to-face sessions.
The members of the Facility Management Association of Peru will have a 10% discount on the modules they hire. For more information, you can contact the FMHOUSE Institute at the email [email protected]
