El Salvador. The construction of the Hyatt Place Hotel has a 25% progress of work in the Las Cascadas shopping center and it is expected that it will begin operations from the first half of 2017.
Fernando Paíz, owner of Las Cascadas, accompanied the media on a tour to demonstrate the progress of the works, including a corporate center. This hotel, said Paíz, will be the fifth in the region of this prestigious brand and that there are projections of betting even more in El Salvador and Central America.
For their part, Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Latam Hotel Corp announced the opening of five Hyatt Place hotels in Central America in the next 3 years under the alliance that both hold.
Upcoming openings include hotels in Managua, Guatemala, San Salvador, and a second hotel in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Currently in Latin America and the Caribbean, there are Hyatt Place brand hotels in Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico, Chile and Puerto Rico, the hotel company reported, when the first stone of the construction of the works in the country was laid.
