Colombia. Invited by Conpropiedad S.A, the management organization of the Cajicá Residential Forest microcity, designed with 10 stages for a total of 548 houses implanted in a lot of 100 hectares with all the services of a small city and with a protected forest, the firms Arquitectura & Concreto and Construcciones Arrecife, were linked to the project in which three stages are currently being built: Alcaparros, Los Robles and Palma Canaria with sales exceeding 260 billion pesos.
"Having a pool of firms linked to the project brings important benefits for customers and developers. With more related construction companies we consolidate a greater offer so that the client can choose; at the moment Bosque Residencial Cajicá offers 10 different types of houses in three stages at the same time in the market; that is vitally important to the customer. At the same time, more firms working with the same goal, we can build and develop faster and better efficiently. In addition, joining forces, the financial commitment is shared, the risks are lower and, consequently, the strength of the project is greater, "he says with Diego Millán, Manager of Conpropiedad S.A.
Alcaparros, the first stage of Bosque Residencial Cajicá made up of 134 houses, is built by Conpropiedad, whose team of architects designed four types of houses named after flowers: Orchid, Bromeliad, Dalia and Camellia with areas of 168, 179, 209 and 257 square meters.
The firm Arquitectura & Concreto builds the Los Robles stage, made up of 142 houses from 157 to 208 square meters.
