International. The Special Employment Center Grupo SIFU and the Obra Social "la Caixa" have just signed a collaboration agreement to promote the labor insertion of people at risk of social exclusion through the Incorpora program, promoted by the financial institution. Its objective is to increase the hiring of vulnerable groups, as well as the provision of information, training and advice to the companies that participate in this action.
Within the framework of this agreement -signed by the corporate director of the Social Area of the "la Caixa" Banking Foundation, Marc Simón, and the vice president of Grupo SIFU, Cristian Rovira-, the company undertakes to continue managing through the Incorpora program the hiring of people at risk of exclusion, depending on the needs of its clients' workers. Within the framework of this program, Grupo SIFU has already hired more than 150 people in 2016 alone.
Through Incorpora, the Special Work Center will inform of the different professional profiles to cover; a demand that will be shared with the entities that are part of the project and that will pre-select the candidates.
Incorpora was created in 2006 with the aim of establishing bridges between companies and social entities that are dedicated to labor integration to create a climate of collaboration and opportunities for those who need it most. The initiative is aimed at groups such as people with disabilities, young people at risk of exclusion, immigrants, former prisoners, victims of gender violence and the long-term unemployed.
Grupo SIFU is the leading Special Employment Center in Socially Responsible Facility Services and Management. With more than 20 years of experience, it has more than 4,500 employees, 87% of whom have some type of disability. It has a presence throughout the Spanish territory and offers solutions to clients from sectors as diverse as the airport, the pharmaceutical, the educational, the sanitary or the hotel. Through the outsourcing of different types of services, it contributes to the growth of organizations by providing added value in terms of Social Responsibility and helping to comply with the General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and their Social Inclusion.
