Peru. After achieving that its turnover to third parties (54%) exceeds that which comes from the corporation itself (46%), Panorama – a company that is part of Corporación Jeruth – expects to close 2017 with a growth of 30%.
According to its general manager Raúl Godoy, the good results of this year would exceed by 5% the average expansion achieved in the last six years, and would be based on the performance of two of the main services they provide: facility management and inventory management.
"Until 2015, third-party turnover represented 44% of the total, but our aspiration is that by 2021 external customers will reach 90%. It is a forecast based on the promotion of new business lines, the consolidation of our operations at the national level and our entry into other countries in the region," he says.
Precisely, as part of its growth plan, Panorama will bet on internationalizing its services in the markets of Bolivia and Ecuador, where they intend to open their operations towards the end of this year.
"Although everything will depend on the political situation, in both cases we have clients who, in addition to being installed in Peru, also have operations in the other two markets and this is how we will accompany them. Bolivia is the closest thing and the opening of our office would require US$250,000 of investment," he adds after confirming that the other year they will build the company's new headquarters in Chorrillos, a seven-story building that will require a disbursement of US$15 million.
