Colombia. Schneider Electric was represented by Adriana Pulido, vice president of Human Resources of the company, within the Human Resource Workshop 2018 Congress organized by the magazine Gestión Humana de Legis, which brought together more than 400 leaders from the HR area, with the aim of discussing and publicizing the strategies and organizational capabilities that generate results with employees.
Pulido announced the strategy with which Schneider Electric has managed to develop the value proposition for its employees, through four pillars: access to energy, supported by its volunteer program; diversity and inclusion, offering opportunities for all; technological and digital, through energy management and automation at a global level; and high performance, implementing processes that allow leaders close to employees.
"We want each person who works in human resources at Schneider Electric to be a true business agent to understand what employees need to be happy and also present our Company to customers in the best way," explained Schneider Electric's vice president of human resources.
