This is a modern earthquake-proof skyscraper built around a house from the 1930s.An architectural combination that led to the Torre Reforma, a 246-meter-high building in downtown Mexico City, to win the 2018 International Skyscraper Award.
It was unanimously chosen by an international jury as the "most innovative skyscraper in the world".
The building, completed in 2016, is located on The Paseo de la Reforma in Mexico City, an emblematic avenue in the center of the Mexican capital where most of the skyscrapers of the city are located.
It has 57 levels and is predominantly occupied by corporate offices, but also houses a commercial area and a panoramic auditorium.
