Guatemala. The Guatemalan company Calidad Inmobiliaria, announced that it will build two corporate buildings in Guatemala and El Salvador, worth US$60 million. The buildings will be known as Torre Insigne and will be built simultaneously.
According to the plans established by the real estate company, the works will begin in the third quarter of this year with the aim of having the towers ready by the second half of 2017.
Torre Insigne El Salvador will have an area of 33 thousand square meters, will have 17 levels of office space and eight of parking. For its part, its equivalent in Guatemala will have 16 levels.
In statements to local media, Rafael Monzón, CEO of Calidad Inmobiliaria, explained that the company is in the process of strengthening its presence in El Salvador, while also considering expanding to other neighboring countries such as Honduras and Nicaragua in the medium term. "In Guatemala we are very well positioned. Our short-term strategy is consolidation in El Salvador, now with Insigne, our second corporate project," said the executive.
