Colombia. With a property of 20 floors and 210 rooms located in the El Poblado sector of the city of Medellín, the Atton hotel chain will arrive in this important Colombian destination. The new hotel, which would enter into operation in approximately 2 years, will be managed by the local company Inquietudes Inmobiliarias and will require an investment of close to 25 million dollars.
Juan José Aramburo, manager of Real Estate Concerns, explained to local media that the project will be integrated into one of the most important shopping centers in Medellín, El Tesoro, which will add value by integrating commerce, health services, conventions and events and hospitality.
The Atton chain will complement with this project its expansion plans in Latin America, where it already has similar initiatives in Chile and Lima, in addition to two hotels already in operation in Bogotá.
