Colombia. The multinational Globant opened phase IV of its offices in the city of Bogotá, a project that challenges corporate design with an innovative concept and spaces that apply the latest trends in interior design.
The project is developed from the concept "Biophilia" and has as its main objective, to highlight resources such as fresh air, daylight and water, incorporating natural materials and color accents that imitate nature. Likewise, through this concept the idea of reconnection is highlighted, generating a direct relationship between the different spaces and the user.
The new offices for the Globant team are created to meet the needs of the client, explained Marta Gallo, Managing Partner of AEI Arquitectura e Interiores. This is one of the projects where the corporate space was designed for collaborative work, in addition to having a chill out place, intended for leisure and recreation, which has a bowling alley and a cafeteria, which invites the Globers -name given to Globant's collaborators, to recreation.
Additionally this office has seven meeting rooms, each with a different concept related to nature where materials, colors and furniture play a predominant role.
Among the challenges involved in developing this project was the construction and use of different shapes and materials, which were raised to generate an innovative design based on a different concept that seeks to highlight nature and biophilia in all its aspects.
