There are few companies in the region that have established a Facility Management model for the management of their facilities; This discipline that already has a wide trajectory in the United States and European countries such as Germany, Holland and the United Kingdom, is just taking its first steps in Latin America.
For the first edition of the year we have the participation of the design specialist company 555 International. They shared with HOTEL MANAGEMENT one of their most recent projects: the creation of three new night spaces and several suites for the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana.
Latin America has had a noticeable increase in the number of hotels and rooms in recent years, this is especially due to the good economic health of the region and that more and more people are interested in visiting the countries of the area.
