International. After more than thirty years working for Cushman & Wakefield, James De Luca joins the Colliers International team as senior managing director for the Tri-State (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut) operations division.
"James is a creative, enterprising and knowledgeable asset agent of all real estate services, with a focus on clients in New York and nearby markets," said Joseph Harbert, Colliers president for the Eastern Region.
Colliers spokespeople said in a statement that De Luca is expected to continue the kind of activities that led him to stay in his old job for so many years. In this job, De Luca represented both landlords and tenants and offered consulting services.
In his work as a real estate agent he has advised and facilitated transactions for large companies such as Air France and the Bank of Nova Scotia.
