A new business merger occurred recently in the facility management market, it is the union between the Arturo Cantoblanco Group that has merged its collectivities division, which is responsible for the restoration in corporate or institutional buildings, with the company Mediterránea, specialized in catering. This union gives rise to a new company that they have called Mediterránea Arturo.
As explained by the Arturo Group through a statement, this initiative "is born from the will of both companies to expand their activity throughout Spain and consolidate their presence abroad."
The new company will be directed by Arturo Fernández and will consolidate itself as the leading company in the collective catering sector, operating in companies, hospitals and educational centers, among other establishments.
Among the institutional buildings whose cafeterias are currently managed by the Arturo Group are the Congress of Deputies and the Assembly of Madrid.
This partial merger will unite the forces of more than 4,000 workers and decades of market experience.
