On October 7 and 8, 2025, the Maya Room 3 of the World Trade Center in Mexico City will host the TecnoEdificios 2025 Academic Program, under the theme "Facility Management: strategic management in critical environments with innovation, efficiency and specialized protocols". The meeting will address how strategic infrastructure management affects the safety, productivity and sustainability of highly demanding sectors.

At 12:30 p.m., Verónica Hernández, director of Implantations in Mexico of 480-FAMA, will continue with her presentation.
In the afternoon, KNX LATAM will present a session on automation and system integration in smart buildings. Then, the CALA Awards Panel will be held: Management with purpose: innovation, impact and leadership in the projects that are redefining Latin America, with the participation of the finalists of the CALA Awards 2025. The day will close with the award ceremony for the most innovative management project in Latam 2025 and the CALA cocktail.
On Wednesday, October 8, the agenda includes the Keynote Panel with experts in sustainability, technology and innovative models of operation in buildings, moderated by Lorena Márquez.
