Within the framework of Abastur Rest-Hotel 2007, Amait, Abastecedores Turístico, will sign an agreement with NAFEM (North American Food Equipment Manufacturers Association) to offer the CFSP (Certified Foodservice Professional) certification program in its version for Mexico. This program, which will be taught in Spanish and aimed at all Amait partners, seeks to raise the industry standard, encourage the educational self-development of sourcing professionals and the continuous recognition of those people who have demonstrated a high level of experience and ethics in their professional career.
