A mountain hotel will be built in Mendoza, Argentina, located in El Salto near the Potrerillos Dam. It will have 20 luxury suites, spa, stables, organic garden, farm, swimming pool, tennis court, restaurant, internet, reading room, video library, business center and bar. And it will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The construction date will be December 20, 2008.
The hotel is receiving proposals for the provision and construction of 70,000 square meters of public areas (lobby, bar, restaurant), rooms, recreation areas (swimming pools, tennis courts, spas, etc.), installation of food service equipment (kitchen, equipment, etc.), laundry services, ground work and foundations, structure and shell, floors and ceilings, finishes and coverings, doors and windows, electricity and lighting, air conditioning systems, security systems, fire and protection systems, plumbing and hydraulic systems, telecommunications systems.
