The manufacturer of electronic access systems for hotels, Kaba Lodging Systems, has appointed Robert Krause as vice president for business development in the Asia Pacific region.Krause, who was Kaba's distributor for several years in Hawaii, will be responsible for continuing the region's successful hospital market penetration of the Ilco and Saflock brands. In this role, Robert will establish and maintain strong relationships with leading hotel brands and luxury chains.
His duties as vice president also include managing and supporting the existing network of electronic lock partners and distributors in the area. Likewise, it will retain the communication channel with architects, distributors, franchisors and developers of the different hospitality markets.
