Colombia / Brazil. A total of five hotels in Colombia and 15 in Brazil have among their plans to manage the NH Hoteles chain, as announced during the inauguration of the NH Bogotá 93, what the group calls the "flagship of the company in Colombia".
In this way, the group will improve its participation in Latin America, a region where it already has 7,000 rooms in a total of eight countries such as Argentina, Chile, Colombia, the United States, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Uruguay and Venezuela.
The NH Bogotá was inaugurated in October, has 140 rooms distributed over 8 floors. For the general manager of NH Hoteles, Mariano Pérez Claver, the interest of betting on this market is based on pointing out that "unlike other economic cycles, the Americas seem to be immunized against the negative effects that affect the economies of the West."
