The Park View hotel in Havana is celebrating ten years of reopening and does so while celebrating an occupancy of 94% in the month of February.
This establishment, where travelers of a high and demanding profile stay, eager to know the Cuban culture and traditions, is operated by the company Habaguanex S.A. in charge, in addition to the tourist activity in Old Havana.
Despite being located on the traditional Colón Street, corner Morro, the building, which consists of 55 rooms, has modern comforts that are in accordance with the current trend, where tourists from all over the world are received, especially from Holland, Germany, France, Belgium and the United Kingdom, explains Ivonne Piloto, manager of Park View.
The Hotel has organized different activities during this month to share with suppliers, travel agencies, customers and tour operators the satisfaction of remaining current and renewed since its reopening ten years ago, when in February 2002 it reopened its doors offering a fresh, modern image, good service and a varied gastronomic offer.
This establishment was built in 1928 with American capital and at that time was considered one of the most exclusive in the city.
One of the advantages of Park View is its location: close to the Paseo del Prado, the National Museum of Fine Arts and the old Presidential Palace that is currently the Museum of the Revolution. A few steps away you can find other places of traditional and tourist interest that are a faithful sample of Cuban culture. (Photo: panoramio.com)
