A colloquium conference on the subject of property management and support services for the facility management guild (fm) is being organized in Madrid in a joint work between the Official College of Architects of Madrid, the COAM Architecture Foundation, the Official College of Quantity Surveyors and Technical Architects of Madrid and the Building School Foundation.
The activity is the result of an agreement signed between the institutions that seeks to strengthen the active commitment to disseminate current issues for the fm industry.
This space will become a forum where it will give way to the meeting of professionals and organizations and the possibility of raising and exchanging knowledge, ideas, experiences and proposals that involve the different sectors that work in the sector of the management of real estate and assets and on key issues for the present and future of the building.
The initiative will have the participation of prestigious speakers with whom attendees can update and intervene to generate an open debate and feedback of information and knowledge in a participation as a round table.
Some of the objectives of the conference are:
Describe the current situation of the Facility Management activity, the work environments and the life cycle of the properties.
Evaluate approaches to professional opportunities in the different sectors of economic activity
Establish the training needs in the Facility Management activity to contribute to improving the productivity and efficiency of the main activities of the Organizations.
As guests, the conference will be attended by Pilar Pereda Suquet, secretary of the COAM, Ángel Tejedor, president of Forum F.M. Asociados who will address in his speech the topic of "Facility Management, support of the main activity of each company"; Pedro García, president of IFMA Spain who will tell the experiences of his company in this field; Francisco García, graduate in Physical Sciences, Aeronautical Technical Engineer, will discuss the topic "F.M. in the Life Cycle of Assets" and Francisco Vázquez, president of the 3G Group, who will present the topic "The F.M. in Work Environments".
