Argentina. The number of services that are contracted by outsourcing in Argentine companies has increased during the last two years to reach 38.3%, according to a survey conducted by the consulting firm BDO Argentina.
The survey also revealed that 40% of the companies surveyed increased their level of hiring of third parties during this year and 44.1% maintained the same levels as last year.
Similarly, 38.8% of those interviewed said that in the next two years they expect to increase their levels of outsourcing.
Another important finding of the study is that among companies with more than 1,000 employees , 93.3% use outsourcing services, while for companies with less than 200 employees the percentage decreases to 81.8%.
As for the items for which the hiring of third parties is more common, it is not surprising that the figures are higher for cleaning or surveillance services with 63.7%, while in the administrative area this phenomenon occurs in 49.5% of cases and 34.9% for technological services.
