Colombia. The telecommunications company UNE-Tigo published an open call for RFI (Request For Information) for the Facility Management service. The call, in charge of the vice presidency of supply of the company, will be open until next August 19 and seeks to reference the possible suppliers that can offer Facility Management services that would include functions of maintenance, cleaning and administration of real estate. According to this document, which was published on the UNE-Tigo website, the request for information is made in order to meet companies in the ability to offer "the provision of the integral service of locative maintenance, cleaning, cafeteria and property management for all types of headquarters that the integrated company has within its operations.

Among the requirements that companies must meet once contracted are the maintenance and electrical supplies of the normal, regulated network, office lighting and emergency lighting, maintenance and hydrosanitary supplies, minor repairs of work, general maintenance of the physical plant, supply and installation of office furniture, supply and preventive maintenance, predictive and corrective air conditioners, supply and installation of electronic security system, among others.
The supplier company would also be in charge of managing everything related to cleaning in internal and external areas of the facilities. While in relation to the integral administration service of real estate should receive and manage with those responsible for each process, the requirements of locative maintenance, toilet and cafeteria, maintain the spaces of the headquarters in excellent condition, as well as show responsibility and commitment to the environment, promote the care of the company's assets and all physical resources.
