Colombia. Colliers International was named for the eighth consecutive year as the number 1 company in the field of corporate real estate services in Colombia by Euromoney magazine. The Real Estate Awards given by this magazine are born from a survey of all its readers, who are responsible for choosing the companies with the greatest recognition according to their experiences.
The survey polled the opinions of real estate advisors, developers, investment managers, corporate end users and banks around the world. To compile the list of the best companies in each country, the magazine asked respondents which companies they thought were the best providers of real estate products and services in their market in the last 12 months.
In the ranking of Colombia, Colliers not only obtained the first overall position in the category of corporate real estate advisors and consultants, but also in subcategories such as valuation and market research companies.
