Panama. Vale Panama, a company specialized in offering discount coupons, was acquired 100% by the multinational services company Sodexo, thus becoming part of the different solutions offered by Sodexo to its client companies.
In statements to local media, Sodexo specified that it will maintain the Vale Panama brand and that through it it hopes to position itself even more in the market of Panama and Latin America offering value-added services for human resources managers of all types of companies.
