For the second consecutive time and with the initiative of the Gastronomic Hotel Business Federation of the Argentine Republic (Feghra), the Labor Update forum for professionals and employees of the hotel industry was held on August 3. The meeting was held in Bueno Aires.
The event was organized by the Department of Labor and Social Policy of Feghra and had the active participation of leading professionals from the Argentine market.
This year the call managed to bring together 50 people between employees and leaders, there they reinforced the importance of this type of meetings to highlight issues that are of interest to all for the good of the market.
During the day, topics, experiences, information and news about hospitality in the country were developed and analyzed, the ideal of the Federation is to guarantee the permanence and constancy of this type of activities to improve the dynamics of this segment of the economy.
The first meeting of 2012 was in April, in the province of Córdoba, within the framework of a regional meeting. The next one will be held in October.
The opening ceremony was in charge of Oscar Ghezzi and Dr. Francisco Costa, president and vice president of the Federation; Dr. Iván Posse Molina, advisor of the entity; and Dr. Julián De Diego, who spoke on "Salary Projections. Trade Union Relations. Problems raised by the jurisprudence on Non-Discrimination". Dr. Diego Fernando Manauta spoke about "Labor Inspections. Obligations and Rights". Dr. Manuel D'Aloe also participated.
