. The Marriott hotel chain selected Teledex E series equipment to replace the equipment of the 150 rooms of its Marriott Annapolis Waterfront property, located in Colorado Springs.
The Teledex E Series E100-‐4GSK devices are single-line, wired devices with 4 programmable buttons for guest services, in addition the voice message service can be accessed with the touch of a button (voicemail one-touch).
According to Gary Burke, general manager of the Marriott Annapolis Waterfront hotel, "We like the compact size of the Teledex E series, as it allows guests to have more space on the bedside table and desk, in addition to having a modern design that complements the decoration of the room."
Similarly, John Grubb, vice president of sales and marketing for Cetis, Inc, points out that the one-touch voicemail system eliminates the problem of constant calls to reception by guests who cannot access their messages.
