With the start of construction of the terminal, the first resort, Las Perlas, will begin, which seeks to capture the unimaginable luxury of an escape on a tropical island. Twenty constructions have been planned with two villas each at more than 3,500 ft2. Las Perlas will be located in Playa San Juan, one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. Cuna de Vida has planned to build five resorts in different parts of the world by 2025. Hotelier and entrepreneur André Niederhauser is behind the project.
