Proposals are being received for the construction of the new Hotel Yutzos Inn, which will have 10 bungalows, a swimming pool and a restaurant with a capacity of 30 people. The hotel will be located in Tena Napo, Ecuador and will begin construction on December 15, 2009.
The hotel is open to proposals for renovation of rooms, public areas, recreational areas, food service facilities, laundry service, ground work and foundations, structure and shell, floors and ceilings, finishes and coatings, doors and windows, lighting and electricity, air conditioning and heating systems, security systems, plumbing and hydraulic systems and telecommunications systems.
