In early March Hilton Hotels Corporation introduced its new property brands, Home2 Suites and Denizen Hotels, both focused on meeting the needs of its target audiences. Home2 Suites, mid-range, is oriented in hotels for long stays. This new brand will offer builders the possibility of entering the long-stay hotel segment with an "elegant product" and a "low cost per room", according to Christopher Nassetta, president and CEO of the company.
The hotels of this brand need about 8,100 square meters for their construction, a smaller number than most of the brands that compete in this segment. These establishments will have swimming pools, gyms, spaces to work in the rooms and an area known as 'Oasis', where there is a communal table, individual work areas, a pantry, laundry and a room for activities.
For its part, the international brand Denizen Hotels is framed in providing a lifestyle to satisfy global and modern travelers of all generations and from all over the world.
This brand aims to attract travelers who enjoy a refined taste for adventure and unique experiences, either for pleasure or business. Each of the hotels will be framed within an environment of intelligent designs and high technology.
