From the first of May, Hotel Breezes Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic will close its doors for the summer; additionally, it will no longer operate under that brand belonging to the SuperClubs hotel chain and will be renamed Sol de Plata Beach Resort & Spa. People who have made reservations for the days after the first of May will be located in another property in Puerto Plata and will have the possibility to book at another Breezes brand facility in the Caribbean or cancel their reservation, explained SuperClubs executives in the country. Likewise, the hotel chain will not cover the expenses incurred by guests for the change of hotel or cancellation of their air tickets.
