The new Holiday Inn Express Guadalajara Expo, in Mexico, joins the offer of IHG, InterContinental Hotels Group, in Latin America together with the InterContinental Mendoza, in Argentina, which will be inaugurated in March 2010.The new Holiday Inn Express is located at Avenida Mariano Otero 2397, in the residential neighborhood Victoria, in the traditional commercial area of Guadalajara, near the EXPO Guadalajara and the El Salto Industrial Zone.
This construction, which had an investment of US$12 million and focuses on business tourism, has a modern and avant-garde design in which its glass structure and large panoramic elevators stand out.
The accommodation has 152 rooms, of which 12 are suites, 88 doubles and 52 kings, also has a gym, heated pool, covered parking and internet connection.
As for the InterContinental Mendoza, this will be a 15-story building, will have 218 rooms and 10 meeting rooms.
