In the first half of 2010, Wyndham Worlwide's new Ramada establishment in Argentina could be inaugurated under a franchise agreement under the name Ramada Reconquista Buenos Aires. The establishment will have nine floors and 74 rooms, rooms for conventions and events, business center and spa.
The construction belongs to the investment group led by Marcos Attar Cohen, which among other properties also has the Reconquista Plaza and Reconquista Luxor hotels. The hotel manager will continue to be Victor Rolfi.
