Playa Bonita Beach Residences is the name of the new tourist real estate complex that will be built on the Samana Peninsula in the northwest of the Dominican Republic.The new establishment, which will be located exactly in the sector of Playa Bonita (photo), west of the town of Las Terrenas, will have 224 apartments, 72 bungalows and 48 villas, 14 commercial premises, a boutique hotel of 64 ecological villas, beach club, spa, tennis courts, heliport, boat parking, shopping plaza and boat ramp.
The Playa Bonita Beach Residences complex will be financed by national companies that contributed an initial investment of more than US$20 million, and will be developed by the company Marina Puerto Bonito.
In an area of 325 thousand square meters the project will be built, most of it will be in front of the beach and is expected to be built in 78 months. The architectural style will focus on a modern Caribbean and ecological design to reflect the calm and rest that guests seek.
