With the signing of an agreement with the company HH Developments, the Hilton Worldwide hotel chain announced the opening of a new hotel in the city of Santa Fe, capital of the province with the same name, which will operate under the Hilton Garden Inn brand. The opening of the establishment is scheduled for the end of 2013 and becomes the second project that Hilton develops with the Garden Inn brand in that country.
"Hilton Worldwide is committed to growing throughout Latin America and bringing new brands to market. This agreement is the latest achievement to demonstrate our efforts, following the recent opening of Hilton Garden Inn Santiago Airport in Chile and the signing of the Hilton Garden Inn Zarate in Argentina," said Tom Potter, Vice President of Operations for South America at Hilton Worldwide.
Hilton Garden Inn Santa Fe will be located across the Paraná River, 20 minutes from the international airport and will be part of the new development project in the Port of Santa Fe that will offer a yacht club, a shopping center, residences, offices, and a conference center.
The building in which the hotel will operate has 116 rooms, all with the Garden Sleep System® bed, LCD TV with high definition flat screen, clock with MP3 connection, a large desk, a mini refrigerator and tea and coffee station. Within the general amenities, the hotel will have an outdoor pool, free gym for guests, flexible meeting spaces, complimentary Wi-Fi and a 24-hour business center.
