Best Western promotes itself on social media

The objective is to increase the awareness and value of the Brand among end customers and, consequently, the number of reservations to the independent hotels integrated in Best Western.

Best Western in Spain and Portugal, which has been a pioneer in establishing and promoting new marketing and online communication media, is now strengthening its presence on Facebook, the most important social network in the world. Best Western includes on Facebook constant and periodic information addressed to its distributors and customers about the news of the brand, offers, special promotions, its loyalty card ... A very direct and suggestive information that is presented, on some occasions, by the new virtual mascot of the chain for the two countries, Besty.

"For Best Western to have a very active presence on Facebook is very important, because it allows us a very close relationship with our distributors and customers, inform them in real time about all our news and, something very important, receive their suggestions and give them a very personalized response," explains José Luis Diana, General Director of the Chain in Spain and Portugal.

Best Western's Facebook pages are updated with information about the uniqueness of the chain and its more than 4,000 hotels, all are establishments with their own personality, last-minute offers, the Best Western Rewards loyalty card, which allows you to get free stays around the world with the accumulation of points, among other topics.
