The first model in Henny Penny's EPC-2 line is a portable display case for hot charcuterie products. Compact and lightweight, the unit is designed to be installed near cash registers in order to stimulate the spontaneous purchase of pre-packaged hot delicacies. An air curtain keeps heat evenly and efficiently inside the unit; DEL recessed lights offer an attractive appearance and consume little power, while pivot wheels and a 120-volt electrical cable (230 V for international destinations) make installation more flexible and easy to install anywhere in the establishment.
