Organizers for buffets
The organizers are rectangular plates made of the same material of Classic Bugambilia, the plates have the same size as a whole insert (52.5x32.5x1cm), so they can be placed on cold, hot tables or wells; these plates have internal cuts where the pieces, bowls or plates are placed, to keep them in contact with ice or boiling water and thus preserve the ideal temperature of the food in the buffet.
Among some of the advantages that these organizers have are:
- The order and hygiene in the buffet. They do not allow ice to be seen, facilitating maintenance and cleaning.
- Cold or heat is not lost, as the plates close the table.
