The company Roomsoft presents its hotel management software RoomSoft.Net, a tool that unifies all the daily tasks of a hotel such as reservations, room changes or modification of invoices. Its multi-user feature allows you to manage the use of the software based on the responsibilities of each user.
This system is based on Windows technology and designed to be totally intuitive, based on images instead of texts, it is also multi-language to adapt to the staff of each hotel.
It makes it easy to rent and check in rooms as many times as you want in the same day, configurable for room types, payment methods, prices and seasons.
It also allows RoomSoft.Net billing series with different VAT's, billing grouped by groups or companies, automatic generation of traveler files for sending to the Civil Guard or Police and creation of reports to fill in the statistics of the INE.
