Latin America. Latin Press Events & Marketing presents the CALA Awards™, a brand that renews the image of the TECNOEDIFICIOS SHOW AWARD, which in previous years was awarded by Tecnoedificios.
For this 2023, the CALA Awards™ (CALA for the region of Latin America and the Caribbean) will unify the awards of different industries, in this one it seeks to recognize new Facility Management projects and management models that are innovative and impact on the improvement of operation and maintenance processes, as well as improve labor practices and well-being. The award aims to strengthen initiatives with holistic approaches that focus on people and include the quality of facilities.
The winner of the CALA AWARDS CALA AWARDS FOR MOST INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT PROJECT 2023 will be announced at the TecnoEdificios congress to be held in September 2023 at the Hotel Riu Plaza, Panama. The deadline for the company's application is July 27, until 5 P.M. (Mexico Time).
Technical approaches
Maintenance management: Projects to improve services and operations within the facilities, taking into account energy, sustainable, and/or service aspects.
Quality management and continuous improvement tools: Projects that allow to achieve the optimization of processes, efficiency and monitoring of performance in the administration of facilities. These tools ensure compliance with the different quality of service standards.
Technology services (computerized maintenance management system) and mobile applications: Projects that implemented technologies to solve requirements and specific needs of a facility (management, operation, maintenance, renovation, services). Through the platform, the client's processes and efficient and timely responses to any requirement are guaranteed.
Requirements
• Participating projects must be operational and executed in Latin America.
• The presentation of the project must specify criteria of profitability, efficiency and costs, and highlight what value it provides to the client.
• The project can present certifications in accordance with current regulations, if any.
• Validation and feedback from the client.
Application
• The application of projects will be only through the website www.tecnoedificios.com
• Record a video of maximum 3 minutes explaining and showing all the details of the project. The video must be uploaded to YouTube.
• Fill out the application form in which you must add all the requested information, and a description as complete as possible of the project.
• Send three to four high-resolution photographs of the project submitted to the email: [email protected].
• *Send a PDF document that includes supporting materials, such as graphics, testimonials, related to the project presented.
• Each participating entity/company may compete with only one project.
• The materials sent to participate in the CALA AWARDS may be freely used by the organization for the purpose of promotion and dissemination of the same.
The deadline for the company's application is August 17, 2023, until 5 P.M (Local Time).
The submission of projects for the Contest means the acceptance of all the parameters of the same.
Winning Project
A jury of industry experts will analyze the nominated projects and choose 3 finalists.
The winning project of the CALA AWARDS FOR MOST INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT PROJECT 2023 will be chosen among the three finalists through virtual voting through the www.tecnoedificios.com
RECOGNITION
The winner of the CALA AWARDS FOR MOST INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT PROJECT 2023 will obtain:
• Distinctive statuette.
• Article in the Infoboletín Gerencia de Edificios highlighting the project.
• The three finalists will be taken to TecnoEdificios Panama 2023 and will participate in a panel to present each of their projects.
