International. The International Facility Managemetn Association (IFMA) announced the appointment of John Perry as the organization's new Chief Operating Officer.
"John's proven track record in identifying and seizing opportunities in a changing environment made him stand out among the candidates considered for the position," said Tony Keane, President and CEO of IFMA.
Keane also added that "as the Facility Management industry advances around the world, IFMA will continue to provide all of its members with the professional support they expect, not only adapting to change, but also driving progress from within the organization. It is that innovative spirit that will bring John to IFMA's operations."
Prior to joining IFMA Perry worked as Head of Innovation and Quality at Houston-based company NACE International. There, he leveraged his expertise in information technology and change management to enhance the value offered to members of the organization and boost productivity.
In addition, he led the market strategy for the establishment of a NACE office and training headquarters in the Middle East.
