Spain. Augusto Arrochella Lobo is the new director of Shopping Centre Management for Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL). Arrochella will report directly to Sergio Fernandes, JLL's Director of Shopping Centers.
According to a statement released by the company, the objective of this contract is to strengthen a department in constant growth due to the investment boom of national and international funds in the Spanish market.
Arrochela has a 10-year career in the sector and joins JLL from the company Klépierre where he served as managing director for Portugal.
For Luis Íñiguez, director of the Retail division of JLL "the incorporation of Augusto will be a key piece within the department, which awaits a year full of challenges and opportunities. For this reason, at JLL we wanted to surround ourselves with the greatest possible talent and the arrival of Arrochella Lobo will further contribute to the company's pursuit of excellence."
