Latin America. As companies continue to grow and outsource their corporate real estate operations in Latin America, the companies that offer these services must be strengthened to continue capturing the clients who need their expertise. This is the case of JLL, who decided to expand his team with the incorporation of Washington Luiz Botelho de Souza.
Based in São Paulo, Botelho de Souza will lead the firm's Corporate Solutions division in Latin America, this division includes services such as facilities management, occupancy planning and real estate portfolio management.
Botelho de Souza brings more than 30 years of experience to JLL. Prior to joining the company, he served as CEO of ISS Brazil, where he led the growth of the facility services area of the organization to a team of more than 20,000 employees.
"More and more multinational companies are looking to expand their footprint in Latin America, so there is a greater need to boost productivity across the real estate portfolio," said Joe Stolarski, Executive General Manager, Corporate Solutions for the Americas, JLL.
"The addition of Washington will not only expand our specific expertise in the region, but also ensure that we continue to offer a globally integrated platform for our clients across industries and sectors."
