With more than 400 clients in the region and more than 22 years of experience, the firm AEI Arquitectura e Interiores found in its latest trend report that in the last two years the technology sector has invested in redesigning its offices more than any other industry in the country.
Representing 30% of their clients, companies in the national and international technology sector continue to have exponential growth in the search to apply the best and latest work trends that provide greater well-being to their teams. Service and consulting companies follow with a percentage of 18% and then advertising agencies with 16%.
Microsoft, Lenovo, Red Hat, Belatrix, Globant and PayU are some of the cases in Colombia that have changed their offices evidencing their conviction and intention to capture wellness spaces that align with their strategy, brand and culture. All have included flexible spaces and have redefined the concept of privacy at work, making them benchmarks in the world of design and projects postulated or winners of great national and international awards.
New workspaces for this industry have marked the exponential development of private and open spaces, designed for collaborative work and innovation. "The projects we have developed for technology companies place increasing importance on the well-being of employees. Spaces for recreation, recreation and innovation are more often included," said Alejandra Arce, AEI's Design Director, "generating experiences through corporate identity is also increasingly important.
