International. Under the name of "Scales in Facility Management Models. Buildings, Infrastructures and Cities", the IV edition of Cifmers Conference will be held in Madrid on September 18.
A day of Facility Management that will take place at Casa América and in which attendees will be able to hear first-hand from those responsible for property management and services of companies such as ESA (European Space Agency), Neinver, Airbus or Seat, among others, who will present their experience.

The event will also serve as a platform for the exchange of information between professionals in the sector, who will be able to network and learn about the best practices of other colleagues. FM providers will be able to know the needs of their potential customers to improve their services. All this in an event in which ethics and professionalism are the maxims of the organization.
About the program
The program of the congress consists of a day with two blocks of conferences and technical talks aimed at covering the greatest possible vision of the sector. In this way, there is a first block of conferences led by Jordi Cochs (ISS), Guillermo Montis (Neinver), Helen Isaacs (Allen & Overy) and Panos Machairas (ESA, European Space Agency).
The second block is formed by Cristina Castelao (IKEA), Rafael Morón (AIRBUS), Lorena Espada (CHUBB) and Esteban Casas (SEAT). The day of conferences will be completed with a round table where the theme "Large-scale FM models" will be discussed, moderated by the editorial director of the Tecmared Group, Inés Leal. Finally, the event will close with a Spanish wine where participants will have the opportunity to exchange their impressions.
