Aloft Bogotá Airport and Aloft San José (Costa Rica), have just received the Certificate of Excellence 2013 granted by TripAdvisor, the largest travel website in the world, which exalts outstanding hospitality, through the positive opinions it receives permanently from guests.
This recognition is granted to only 10% of the businesses registered on TripAdvisor, thanks to the ratings issued by millions of travelers, who visit the page every month and record their comments for free.
To earn the Certificate of Excellence, registered properties must have a standard score between 4 and 5 points, which is obtained from the feedback of TripAdvisor travelers. Those registered on the web, must have a seniority of 12 months in their profile to participate.
