With the aim of offering a building in conditions of optimal quality for the development of sports and social activities that are carried out there, the remodeling of the Social and Sports Club 12 de Octubre of the Municipality of Quilmes, Argentina, is currently underway.
As explained by the Undersecretary of Community Relations of that municipality, Sebastián Raspa, the operation of all gyms and equipment for physical activity, bodybuilding, pilates and boxing is being recovered and the works of the pool are about to be completed, where a new boiler was installed for its air conditioning and complete sanitary ceramics, with new doors and luminaires in the bathrooms on the ground floor; In addition, the earthenware of the ceilings was waterproofed.
As Raspa assured, the works are now in the last phase, there are already new electrical installations, water installation, restoration of bathrooms and complete changing rooms on the ground floor.
The official indicated that it remains to refurbish the changing rooms of the soccer field, paint the soccer field and restore the changing rooms on the top floor.
A final detail is the restoration of the façade to give identity to the Club.
