The program that facilitates the use of the mobile phone includes unlimited international calls; for their part, the computers have the ability to connect to high-speed internet inside the room and to wireless internet in the public spaces located in the resort. Both possibilities include technical supports available in three languages: English, Spanish and French.
"Our new cell phone and laptop rental programs reflect the needs of today's travelers who increasingly need items to stay in touch with their home or office while on vacation," said Sussana Mander, brand director for Paradisus Resorts.
For Paradisus Resorts guests who are part of the Royal Service program, the cell phone is an added benefit that allows you to contact the concierge and make reservations for a game of golf, spa or Jacuzzi.
Both programs recently launched at the Paradisus Palma Real Resort will be available starting in November at the Paradisus Punta Cana Resort. According to Mander, this new service is aimed especially at groups and those who attend an event.
