Hoteles Estelar carried out a training for the chefs of the chain with the renowned Argentine consultant Dolli Irigoyen, who was also invited to the Gastronomy Fair in Bogotá. Around 50 chefs gathered at the Hotel Estelar La Fontana in Bogotá and at the Intercontinental Cali to develop more than 70 preparations and learn about the latest techniques in the world of gastronomy. Dolli is a gastronomic consultant for the channel El Gourmet.com and has been a judge of International competitions in Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile and Argentina. She currently works in "Espacio Dolli", a creative cooking workshop where events are held, cooking classes are taught and television programs are recorded, additionally he teaches in Argentina and different countries of Latin America.
