The hotel company signed an agreement with the companies Arca Emprendimientos Inmobiliarios and Paulo Octavio Investimentos Imobiliarios to manage the new hotel, Complejo 21 in Brasilia, which will begin operating in early 2009. The hotel, entitled Tryp Convention Brazil 21, has a complex structure that has a worldwide concept of mixed-use projects, in the same space there are services, leisure, comfort, safety and quality of urban life, offering comfort and the rationality of time.
Also, the new tower will have a swimming pool, sauna, gym and restaurant with the project of the architect George Zardo, also has a privileged view of the television tower and the esplanade of the Ministries. On the other hand, you will have access to all the equipment of the Complex such as the Fitness Brasil gym, the movie theaters and other entertainment and food venues.
The Brasil 21 complex is an architectural complex elaborated by the architect Alberto Dávila, it plans to deliver the last tower by April 2009, which includes the entertainment area in Brasil 21.
In the three hotels managed by Sol Meliá there are three commercial towers, four restaurants, Fitness Brasil gym of 1,000 meters, six theaters with 766 seats, parking for 1,248 vehicles, 86 shops, heliport, wireless Internet in all environments and a modern convention and event center with capacity for 3,500 people.
This hotel will have all the characteristics of the hotel company, which meets the needs of its customers in a personalized way either for leisure or business.
